Understand the 30 km and 50 km distance bands and the limits of a map estimate.
Measure the road, not a straight line
The request form estimates the driving distance from Gangnam Station to a recognized destination. At 30 km or more it adds ₩10,000; at 50 km or more it adds ₩20,000. A place name that the form cannot resolve needs a manual quote. The destination is the accommodation, not an airport terminal or sightseeing landmark nearby.
The bands describe a published distance rule, not how long a therapist will take to arrive. The therapist might start somewhere other than Gangnam Station, while bridges, expressways and the final hotel approach can change the real journey.
Similar city names hide very different routes
Incheon Airport hotels on Yeongjong, central Incheon and Songdo are not a single delivery zone. Pangyo, Yatap and Jeongja also require separate routes. Send the full hotel name so the team can check both the road fee and the therapist’s live location.
At a large complex, a property’s guest lobby can sit on another side of the block from its postal pin. Tell us the entrance you plan to use and whether a lift key is needed.
Read the total before you send the request
The form combines the selected course and any resolved travel fee, then adds 10% if you choose Wise or PayPal. Review the line items before sharing. When the area is unrecognized, the form asks you to confirm the travel portion with the team rather than inventing a precise figure.
A booking is complete after the team confirms the therapist, arrival and final amount. If time matters more than therapist choice, say that explicitly. Use the reservation form to prepare the required details.
