Home / Guides / From first message to the hotel door
What to send, when an appointment becomes confirmed, and how to keep the arrival simple.
Start with the room where the visit will happen
Your hotel’s complete name and street address are the starting point. Add your room number once you have checked in. A nearby subway exit is useful context, but it cannot identify which reception or guest lift a visitor should use. In a residence or short-stay rental, add the building number and the entrance permitted for visitors.
Choose your preferred arrival time, course and duration. The booking form accepts half-hour time choices between 7 PM and 4 AM and lets you name a first and backup therapist. These are preferences sent to the team, not an automatic reservation.
Treat availability as a live question
The working roster is confirmed on the day. A therapist shown in the directory may be off, finishing another visit or too far from your hotel for the time you chose. If you want the earliest possible appointment, say whether a nearby therapist matters more than a particular name.
The team checks the current location, traffic and hotel access before giving a real arrival window. Seoul addresses are not interchangeable, and a Songdo or airport hotel should never inherit an estimate from a central-Seoul page.
Review the total before dispatch
First select the published course price. The booking form then estimates a distance charge when it recognizes the hotel or area. The road-distance bands start at 30 km and 50 km from Gangnam Station, but the complete quote still needs confirmation from the team for the actual destination and route.
Choose cash or ask about Wise and PayPal, which add 10% in the form. If paying in another currency, agree on the amount and conversion before dispatch. A normal visit does not need an advance deposit; payment is collected after arrival and before the massage.
Know what happens at the hotel
Check whether outside visitors are permitted. If the lift requires your room key, agree on a lobby or other approved meeting point. You can cover unrelated information in the room-key photo requested to verify your stay. Stay available on the same chat so you can receive the arrival and outfit update.
If your plans change, say so before the driver or therapist begins the journey. A new hotel, course or therapist may not be possible once someone is en route. For a full room-access checklist, read the hotel preparation guide.
